Por si alguno no lo ha leido, a este foro se puede entrar aun con problemas (cuando pone que no se encuentra o no reponde la página) de este modo:
-Entras en: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\
-Abres el archivo "hosts" con un bloc de notas.
-Añades esto en la última linea: 89.17.220.220 citroen.mforos.com
(no necesariamente a unas separaciones concretas, lo copias, pegas y ya está). Esto me ha servido en Win7.
A mi el archivo me ha quedado así al final:

#
# This is a sample HOSTS file used by Microsoft TCP/IP for Windows.
#
# This file contains the mappings of IP addresses to host names. Each
# entry should be kept on an individual line. The IP address should
